- Collecting and monitoring rents daily and taking prompt action if payments are missed
- Reviewing rents and lease renewals every six months, or as required
- Releasing bonds after ensuring the property is left up to standard at the end of the tenancy
- Dealing with any disputes and presenting cases to the Tenancy Tribunal
- Paying landlord funds twice monthly with easy to read financial statements and copies of invoices
