• Completing all tenancy paperwork, collecting the bond and lodging it to the right authority
• Performing comprehensive inspection reports with accompanying photographs
• Organising all maintenance and repairs as required, and with your agreement
• Arranging payment of all invoices, including water bills, insurance, rates and body corporate fees
• Collecting and monitoring rents daily and taking prompt action if payments are missed
• Reviewing rents and lease renewals every six months, or as required
• Releasing bonds after ensuring the property is left up to standard at the end of the tenancy
• Dealing with any disputes and presenting cases to the Tenancy Tribunal
• Paying landlord funds twice monthly with easy to read financial statements and copies of invoices
